Hotel Information
We have 50 rooms reserved at the Lodge and another 15 at the Firebrand Hotel, a sister hotel downtown. A shuttle runs between the hotels every hour from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Reservation information is listed below. The room block rates run through September 10.
Reservations must be made by phone or online on or before July 23, 2024.
The Lodge at Whitefish Lake
Call 877-887-4026 for individual room reservations. Guests must identify themselves as being with the National Association of State Lobbyists to receive the group rate. Guests may also book online by visiting https://lodgeatwhitefishlake.com/groupslogin. The Group ID is NASL2024, and the password is WHITEFISH.
For the Main Lodge, Viking Lodge, and Lakefront Condominiums, one night’s room and tax will be collected at booking to guarantee the reservation. 14 days before arrival, the remaining balance will be deducted from the credit card on file, and the reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Luxury Home reservations, one night’s room and tax will be collected at booking to guarantee the reservation. 30 days before arrival, the remaining balance due will be deducted from the credit card on file, and the reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
*Bookings outside the contracted dates or for room types not in the group block will require calling to reserve. Any rooms not reserved 45 days before arrival will be returned to general inventory. Any reservations after this period will be on a space-available basis.
The Firebrand Hotel
Call 406-863-4055 or 844-863-1900 for individual room reservations. Guests must identify themselves as being with the National Association of State Lobbyists to receive the group rates. If the reservation is made within fourteen (14) days of guest arrival, the entire balance due will be collected, and the reservation will be considered non-cancellable.

Travel Information
You can fly into Glacier International Airport in Kalispell (FCA). Delta, United, and Alaska Airlines serve FCA. You can then rent a car to drive to Whitefish Lake Lodge, approximately 20-25 minutes away.
Another option is to fly into Missoula (MSO), serviced by Delta, United, Alaska, Allegiant, American Airlines, and Sun Country Airlines. Please note that Allegiant and American Airlines have limited schedules. Rent a car to drive to Whitefish Lake Lodge, approximately 2.5 hours away.
