NASL member Scott Scanland of New Mexico Government Affairs had the “tough” duty of playing in the Mesilla Valley CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Golf Tournament with his client Eric Donaldson of Altria. Eric flew from the Louisiana Legislature to Las Cruces to oversee Altria’s Title Sponsorship of this annual event. In the photo, Scott and Eric are joined by CASA Executive Director Doreen Gallegos. Eric had to jump back on a plane to get back to Baton Rouge for a hearing with Altria’s Louisiana lobbyists, Randy and Ryan Haynie. The job of a government affairs pro is never done!
